These Terms of Service govern your use of the Time Walk website (timewalk.hr) and our VR walking tour services in Split, Croatia, operated by Time Walk d.o.o.
Tour bookings can be made through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable. In case of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.
Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times, especially when using VR headsets. Time Walk provides all necessary equipment including Meta Quest 3 headsets. Participants are responsible for any damage caused to equipment through negligence. The tour involves walking on uneven surfaces. Participants should wear appropriate footwear.
VR headsets may cause discomfort in some individuals. If you experience dizziness or nausea, please inform your guide immediately. Participants with epilepsy or other conditions affected by visual stimulation should consult a doctor before participating.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and VR experiences, is the property of Time Walk d.o.o. and protected by copyright law.
Time Walk d.o.o. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in our tours. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Split.
